Our client wanted a modern and professional look to update their old website and showcase some of their higher end projects and services. We worked with their staff and designers to acquire the needed content and media. The final touch was to coordinate and manage a live photo and video shoot at a client's private residence to provide additional media content for the new site.
Working with two independent moving and storage businesses, we have designed and developed a cloud-based, web-accessible, custom business software solution for many of their primary business processes and workflows. Developed with the latest client-server technologies, including Node.js and MongoDB, this management suite offers five (5) different modules.
The Client & Inventory Module tracks clients, their multiple projects, and an unlimited number of inventory items under each project. Images, documents, and notes can be tracked for every item. Shipping groups are automatically created for items received to allow billing details to be tracked and billed against.
The Dispatch/Job Scheduling Module allows the scheduling of deliver/pickup jobs with crews and trucks, with up-to-the-minute displays for the warehouse workers both in-house and remote via smartphone.
The Estimate Module allows detailed estimates to be created, delivered remotely to the prospective client, and acceptance/rejection is tracked and reported back to the estimate author. Booked jobs can be automatically converted to clients for tracking in the Client & Inventory Module.
The Storage Reporting Module allows detailed reporting of the ins and outs of items in the warehouse, tracked by client or location, providing running totals of various storage revenue streams.
The Workorder Module tracks in-house jobs assigned to warehouse workers related to the management of a client's inventory items. An in-warehouse display allows for workers to pick and complete jobs by priority and to see the status of the workorders in the system.
We worked with Glenwood Springs Center For The Arts to build them a brand new website and to help them establish a valuable web presence. They wanted a website where people in the community could easily view upcoming events and classes, and to be able to give donors an easy way to give one-time or recurring donations.
Our client wanted to replace their existing E-Commerce website with a fresh, clean look with great support for mobile devices. Additionaly, our client expressed a desire for the checkout process and shopping experience to be much easier and more enjoyable for their customers. We helped our client acheive their goals by redesigning and building a new E-Commerce website for them using WordPress.
